Return Policy

Damages

You are responsible for inspecting your merchandise when it is delivered. If there is damage or the shipment is incorrect, refuse the shipment, locate the order number and call customer service at 1-800-828-8018.

Concealed damage or incorrect product must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages or incorrect items if you wait beyond this period.

Important Note: Please keep the original cartons in which your order shipped until you are satisfied that your merchandise is correct and undamaged. Freight companies often ask to inspect the packaging if a shipment is reported as damaged.

 

Returns

If your product arrives as ordered but you need to return it, you must contact us within ten (10) business days of receipt and you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including return charges.
Quick ship items can be returned for a full refund (minus freight charges). All standard colored items can be returned, but a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount, as well as any applicable freight charges. Non-Standard colors are Non-Returnable. Please refer to our color chart to reference what colors/products are returnable per these terms.

All returns must be in original packaging. Intellerum by Datum inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused, or non-resalable items.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that can be obtained by contacting our customer service team at 1-800-828-8018 or order.entry@datumstorage.com. Once an RMA number is issued, you have thirty (30) days to initiate the shipment of returning the item. After that time, the product will be past the timeframe to allow for its return.
